The other half of Legna Dubai's clan aside from the children she bares with her husband Adar Saul, is a group of misfits found around the galaxy recruited by her son Icrawin, the product of her relationship with the vampire Vega Vaikuyo.

All of them were either orphans, outcasts, or misfits that were shunned by their societies. Icrawin, feeling a connection to them because of his own oddities, brought them to his mother's institution where they could finally have a home and a family that accepted them as they were.

Each of these children are adopted by Legna as her own children and go on to become a big part of the clan and the institutes future.

From left to right:

J'ektson: As a Bronze Draken, he was discriminated against by the Red and Silvers and treated as a sub-class race. Legna always had a soft spot for the Bronze Draken and so she sent Icrawin to them to establish an alliance between Dubai Institute and their race. J'ektson joined the family without hesitation and became the 6th adoptee when he was 14. He works as the chief mechanic aboard the Vrijheid.

Haralua: As the Roshan are a peaceful race, anyone who participates in the Dark is seen as strange and unapproachable. Haralua is fascinated by witchcrafts and voodoo, and is skilled with both blade and rifle. She enjoys taking lives much like Legna in her youth making her a welcome member of the Dubai Clan's darker side. She found the institute on her own and became the 9th adoptee at the age of 18. She teachs the balck arts aboard the Vrijheid as well as taking care as working as a assassin for her new mother.

Drake: A human splicer, Drake was only outcast because of the common fear of snakes among the human race. He didn't mind his state much but found Icrawin's offer to join the family intriguing. He became an Enforcer of the Dubai Institute, a group dedicated to maintaining that freedom remained available to all in the universe. He was the 5th adoptee at the age of 17.

Efah: A street orphan, she made money through theivery, but she didn't steal money right out. Instead she stole weapons and gadjets and used the parts to make her very own hybrids which she then sold back onto the streets. She was found by Icrawin and his crew and though she bragged that she didn't need their help she followed them anyway and eventually became their little sister at the age of 15, the 3rd to be adopted by Legna. She heads the weapons development department aboard the Vrijheid eventually pushing the Dubai brand to become huge competators with the main supplier of weapons, Gardigan Industries.

Queven: Icrawin's best friend, he was the first the young Half-Af 'turned' in a desperate attempt to make friends. He doesn't mind being an Af, and enjoys looking after his little brothers and sisters in the Dubai Clan. He rarely leaves Icrawin's side and helps him in his abassador duties and recruitment missions. He was the first child to be adopted by Legna along with Devvy the same year.

Icrawin: The first and only child of Legna and Vega, he never felt like he fit in with the other half of his family... or anywhere for that matter. In an attempt to make friends. he turned Queven and Devvy into Afs, thus creating friends who would never leave him unless he told them to. Furious at his actions his mother scolded him and he never turned another being, and Legna adopted the two orphan Afs as her own children. Thus his path in life was created, to travel the galaxy and find others like himself and offer them a home in the Dubai Clan and a future aboard the Vrijheid.

Devvy: The second to be turned by Icrawin, she is the one who inherits Vega's crime syndicate. Just like her predecessor she is slightly off her rocker but she is the perfect candidate to handle the business. She, along with Queven, was one of the first to be adopted by Legna, thus starting the trend.

Cassian: Part of the widely despised race of Synthetics, Cassian was the 'blank slate' given to the Dubai Institute as a part of their negotiations for knowledge sharing. Based on the young man's progression under the teachings of the Dubai Clan would determine how the Synthetics would proceed with the Insisute and Legna herself. He travels with Icrawin as he travels to the different Spaces and recruites others to the Vrijheid and negotiates with the different govornments. He was the 4th to be adopted into the family, though he is still learning what that all means.

Ghedi: The 'reincarnation' of Legna's mentor Icarus, he is much like the long desceased Erudite scientist, but being raised by Legna Dubai has altered his peronality from the once dry man to a snarky young devil. He joined the Institute on his own after only 3 years of life, being drawn there for reasons he couldn't really explain (his former life maybe being the answer), and Legna welcomed and adopted him as her own soon after, being experienced with raising Erudites much like her first student and honorary little sister, Vanda. Until he finds his new path in life he travels with Icrawin as the 8th child of the Duabi Clan.

Almana: A Kaoshin Cyborg, she was severely shunned by those of her race and even her own family. After a horrible accident she was left very disfigured and depressed. Even though there was the social stigma among the Kaoshin that unthing unnatural done to the body was taboo, she couldn't bare to live as she was. She sought the help of a human friend and traveled to Ulric where she received the oporations that restored her beauty and her happiness. However she knew she would be unable to return home as she was, and indeed her family eventually disowned her when they discovered what she had done. She was still so young and worked very hard to pay off her gigantic debt for her sugeries, she was on the verge of giving up on life altogether when she was found by Icrawin and his recruiters. They offered her a home and Icrawin himself paid off her debt completely. Needless to say she accepted and became the 7th adoptee at 18.

Arjuni: As an absolute White Eco Saturate, Arjuni is devoid of all personality, relying on logic alone to get her through life, as pointless as it seems to one such as her. Though not exactly an outcast, Icrawin was intrigued by her uniqueness (as not many White Eco saturates of her level survive very long) and invited her to join the Institute where she began teaching mathematics, the only logical thing left in the insane universe. Eventually even logic began to tell her that with the Institute around the world was a little less unstable, and she vowed to do all she could to make it survive. She would become the last child to be adopted by Legna Dubai.
